    Caren Mercer-Andreason Street Painting Festival: September 27th and 28th, 2008 in Prosser, WA

    The Caren Mercer-Andreason Street Painting Festival is an opportunity to watch local and regional artists create street paintings in Downtown Prosser in a two day period.  The Festival is held on 6th Street in Historic Downtown Prosser.

    'Chalk Blocks' may be purchased for a nominal fee at the Festival, children and adults are welcome, supplies provided by the Festival.

    The Festival is always looking for prospective event entertainment, sponsors, street painting artists to grow this fine event.
