Street painter (and Blog Now on streetpainting.tv's co-founder) Anthony Cappetto created this cool 3D street painting called 'Waterfall' at Artisphere International Arts Festival in South Carolina last weekend.
Anthony started his 3D piece by drawing his designed sketch on the pavement with white chalk ... drawing the detailed sketch took most of the first day.
Anthony then spent the next two days filling in color as the crowds watched the grey concrete give way to a bright and refreshing waterfall.
Since it was a very hot weekend, and the Reedy river with its own waterfalls was nearby, Anthony thought this design would go over well with the crowd... Which it did!
Anthony said "People really enjoyed seeing the 3D street painting, especially when looking through the camera at the proper view point where the 3D really popped out. I received so many positive comments from adults and children alike about the street painting. I really enjoyed working on this piece - and was glad that the weekend was rain-free too!"
