Festival Bella Via 2010 in Monterrey, Mexico, was a huge success with lots of pretty stunning artwork this year! The festival is part competition and part exhibition. The competition levels start with Semplici, which is the first level you have to win in to get to the next higher level, the Qualificati level. The Semplici level is split into 2 categories - Free Theme and Renaissance.
